Siena Suites is a furnished extended stay community at 6555 Boulder Highway on the southeast side of Las Vegas, built for people who need a real place to live rather than a hotel room — travel nurses and contract crews, families between homes, and anyone relocating to the valley who does not want a twelve-month lease. Every suite is move-in ready, so you arrive with your suitcases and nothing else.
Weekly and Monthly Rates Without a Long-Term Lease
Stay a week, a month, or as long as you need. There is no long-term lease to sign at Siena Suites — you pay weekly or monthly and extend when it suits you. Utilities are included, and premium cable is already connected in every suite. Because rates move with the season and with what is available, the leasing office quotes them directly: call (702) 648-2100 or send a request through our reservations page and someone will come back to you with current weekly and monthly pricing.
Furnished One- and Two-Bedroom Suites With Full Kitchens
Siena Suites offers one-bedroom, one-bath and two-bedroom, two-bath suites — spacious living spaces with a separate bedroom that closes off from the living area, not a single open room. Each kitchen is a full kitchen: a full-size refrigerator and freezer, a four-burner stove and oven, a large microwave and a dishwasher, so you can cook every day instead of eating out. Suites are furnished with a sofa, dining table, dressers and televisions in both the living room and the bedroom. Around the property there are two heated lagoon-style swimming pools with Jacuzzis, a fitness center, a business center, four on-site laundry facilities and on-site maintenance. Pets are welcome; the leasing office can walk you through the current pet policy, and our FAQ page answers the questions guests ask most before they move in.
A Boulder Highway Location Close to Work, Shopping and the Strip
The Boulder Highway corridor puts everyday errands within a couple of miles: a Walmart Supercenter and an Albertsons about a mile north, Boulder Station Casino and the Sam’s Town 18 theater roughly a mile and a half away, and urgent care on the same stretch of highway. Sunset Park, one of the largest parks in the Clark County parks system, is about four miles west. Harry Reid International Airport is roughly nine miles away, the Strip and the convention corridor are a short drive up the highway, and Lake Mead National Recreation Area is about half an hour east when you want to get out of town for the day. Fast freeway access via US-95 and I-515 keeps the rest of the valley reachable for work.

These are very pleasant apartments/rooms. I stayed in their one bedroom. There are two queen-size beds. The bathroom sink is outside the bathroom in a space where you can hang your clothes and store things. The bedroom has its own door that closes it off from the rest of the apartment. There is also a tv and dresser in the bedroom. The living room has a couch with a coffee table. There is a tv here also sitting on a small dresser giving you more drawers for your clothes. There is a dining table with 2 chairs. The kitchen has a full refrigerator and freezer. A four-burner stove and full over. A large microwave and a dishwasher. All your utilities are included and you also have free cable and internet. You can pay weekly or monthly. There is a pool and numerous laundry rooms. Nice landscaping and parking. The office staff is very helpful and nice.
